A NIGHT WITH A-TRAK

So we headed out "La Cita" in downtown LA. on thursday.
Luke was acutally supposed to Dejay another spot in
Redlands but there was a change a plans. Once we heard that
the Legendary Dj. A-trak was going to spin. Spot Is mad Ill.
There was people wall to wall. Now if you don't know who A-trak is....

an Hip Hop Medly that spanned from licence to ill to Camp lo.

Hate it or love it.
In my opinion Nicolay is probobly the most constistant producer
I have heard, and along with that, Phonte from Little Brother is one
of the most consistent rappers on the mic.

Its' been a couple years since there last release which in my opinion
was a classic, but then again, I'm on that soft shit. So of course i was
excited when there new release is due out in the next couple months
and when i peeped these videos.

Dear friends,

Here's a little update straight from the studio. Let me cut right to the chase...
the new FOREIGN EXCHANGE record is almost finished! We are currently working
on one of the last tracks, which is the title track, 'Leave It All Behind', already
one of my personal favourites. Some other songtitles that I can confirm at this
point are 'Sweeter Than You' and 'House Of Cards'.

We first started working on this record back in 2006, and it feels good knowing
that the finish line is finally in sight. It's been quite a journey! We are both very
proud of the record and can't wait for you to hear it. And while you'll have to wait
a little while longer, you now know that it is indeed on the way. Keep an eye on
this page for more information coming soon.

MONDO AT WORK.

Many wonder bout Mondo. Honestly he's a mysteriy to us as he is to
ya'll. Many wonder why he dont come to class or do most of his homework
and more importantly wonder about his role in the cru. Honestly i dont think
we'd be the same if He wasnt a part of Highendstroy.

Because as many don't know is that Mondo works for UNIF (If you dont know
google it) Which is pretty big in the hollywood scene. Mondo brings a lot of insight on the
game to the table being that he is already working in the industry. Which brings
us tot the first glance of what Modo actually does for UNIF.

LRG has been an inspiration for quite some time. Not only thorough
the lifestyle that they embody but also as brand that is constantly innovating.
A great example of a brand that reached mainstream status without having to
compromise their ideals.

"I wrote Devin's latest bio around last month (not the one on his myspace page).
The new album is going to be called Landing Gear. He explained the title by saying
when he'd touch down in a city for a show, people would always ask if he was straight
on the "coughee"...and he'd reply "no, I'm good, I got a little Landing Gear." People
thought it was funny so, he decided to use it as an album title. Hear some of the early
promo shots for the project. Hilarious."
